Community Café

The Concord Café is situated on the ground floor of the Carlton Centre in South Kilburn.

Being managed by the National Algerian Centre, the café has become a meeting place in London for those simply interested in the Algerian culture and traditions, Algerians and non-Algerians alike.
Regardless of age, background, race and capabilities, the café is more than just a place to relax with a cup of coffee, it is a home to many people suffering from various learning disabilities, mental incapability and physical disabilities along with the youth who have very little to do in their free-time.

Work Experiences


Free Workshops

Nac Trust, alongside partners, is offering a new program of fun and inspiring workshops to people across London.  The workshops are all designed to enable people and their communities to get better connected with everyone who lives there.  The workshops are open to everyone living in London and people working here, and are offered free of charge.

We offer work experience placements for young adults, students and post-geaduates in our various departments all year round. Our volunteering opportunities are open to everyone looking to broaden their experiences. Some of the offered work experiences are in the departments IT, Media, Catering, Marketing, Administration, Business, Accounts, Photography, Videography, Event Management and Interior Design.

A short term job offered to people who have been trained in a particular career


Putting theoretical practise into play to progress into desired care


Volunteering with flexible hours to decide whether they would like to go into a particular field

Youth Projects

Working with local organisation Youth Projects (2014): Previously worked with OK Clud to provide half term activities to engage in extra curricular activities and encourage time spent on acquiring new skills and hobbies. Activities were
carried out at their venue.
